Trackpad not working anymore

The trackpad is not working. Before, the trackpad sometimes worked sometimes didn't. I uninstalled the driver to reinstall it and now it doesn't work at all. Sometiems I get a code 0 saying the device is not configured correctly or sometimes I get a code 18 saying to reinstall the driver. Either way, the driver is not installed correctly or something and I don't know how to get the trackpad to work in windows. It works perfect in mac

well i keep uninstalling and reinstalling and it's not working haha... anyone have ideas at least?
