I've been running into a problem in the past few months where non-iTMS files are not being transfered to my iPod, or are only transferring one or two of an entire album. This just happened with an album bough on Amazon music store, then happened earlier with one I bought on the Radiohead website.
These are completely iPod-compatible MP3 files, and there's plenty of space on my iPod (over a gig of free space). I'm on iTunes 7.6.2 with a 5G iPod and MBP 2.2 SR. I've tried all the basics (ie. their checkboxes are checked to transfer, iTunes is set to automatically update, etc.).
