iOS [iPhone] UITableViewCell background color

How I can set background color for a cell created with an accessor (for example UITableViewCellAccessoryDetailDisclosureButton)?

I can set the bg color for almost the whole cell with [self.contentView setBackgroundColor:], but... not for the very right part of the cell where the accessor button is located :(.
