Require password when waking from sleep?

I like to just close my MBP, thus putting it to sleep, but I'd like it to ask for a password on wake up like windows does. Is this possible?

Nevermind- Security tab of system preferences.
 
Yes, I have that on in case someone wants to get onto my computer while I'm not their, or just steals the thing.

Go to System Preferences, then Security. There's a check-box for this security option.
