The last 3 movies I have downloaded have all started with a white screen and no sound. If I turn the appletv off and back on they then work fine. Before the problem happens the appletv is working fine, I click on play and it says authorizing and then the screen goes white. If you fast forward through the movie it flashes up different chapter names but still white and no sound. Any ideas? Connected to tv via hdmi cable.
