Yes, tell us what is wrong. winSCP is great. I have moved entire filesystem contents from one machine to another using it.

I actuallty, worked to get winscp work under linux, i liked it so much

thanks so much for offering your help. so basically i can ssh into my ipod and access my files but anytime i try to copy a file into it, most recently i was trying to copy some snes roms, the program freezes and stops responding.

Have you tried reinstalling? or restarting your computer?

Apparently WINscp cannot find my /var/root folder. even though on my ipod the finder app has no problems locating it. Any help Much appreciated.
