macbook after firmware

i updated my macbook and i was uptdating my firm ware but i guess i left the off botton press for to long and then it didnt want to boot please help

Erm, could you try and give us some more details? I don't see how holding the off button for too long could break your laptop. Did you try taking the battery out and putting it back in?

i triend reseting the power by taking battery out and hold off botton for 10 sec and nothing reseting the pram all it does when i try to turn it on is a black screen with the white light turned on
