lost restore point

i went to restore my phone and earlier when i went to do it the date was 2 days ago(a good thing). i went again to restore it and it changed the date to today when i lost all my contacts and everything how can i get that restore point back ?????????????????

You can't get it back as iTunes overwrites it everytime you sync.

But your contacts are synced on your computer with outlook or whatever you have for emails/contacts so just re-sync your contacts and they will be added back to your phone (unless you never synced your contacts before in which case you should have!)
