Hello
I have a PC Wireless Network, can my new G4 with Airpot talk and share Internet with my PC's?

It can talk to them. I don't know if it can be involved in peer to peer internet connection sharing but if you're using a wireless router then yes it can.

Yes, writing this message to you on one. In fact, I have my IBM T30 piggybacked on it so it can share the connection.
Additionally, I will be using this 12PB as a software basestation tonight at the hotel so my team and I can wirelessly share the room's highspeed, and swap files we're working on.
That enough versatility for ya? :D
