T7e00 Meroms becoming scarce?

Just checked NewEgg and the T7200 (2 gHz), T7400 (2.16 gHz) and T7600 (2.33 gHz) Core 2 Duos are all out of stock. Might be getting late if you want to bump your Mini's cpus.

The CPU in the mini is officially discontinued, so the NewEgg thing may be permanent. The T7400 is supposed to continue for awhile though.

According to a product change notification (PCN) published today, the models T5500, T5600, T7200, T7600 and LV L7200 will see final shipments on July 27, 2009. The T7400 and LV L7400 versions will ship until July 26, 2009, according to the published schedule.

Boxed versions of these processors will ship until August 26 of this year. Orders for these CPUs are possible until May 26, 2008.
