US Store is back....and all of the rumors are true...20" iMac is $2199 and the rest of the Think Secret info is true except there is no single 1.8GHz G5...

Probably includes OS 9 (bootable version).

They had to get rid of those previous generation units quick. ;)

But they did have the old low end models for $699 for awhile new, and $580 refurbished.

Yes, but they are the both the same price. Why would I want to buy a model that is also presumably without Panther for the same price? If it is clearance, then it should have a lower price as incentive. If the hardware itself hasn't changed, then it is still physically possible for it to boot into OS9. I don't see any change in the hardware configuration.
