Picture from when you first turn on MacBook?

When you first boot up the MacBook:apple:, it has you take a picture..

Where can i locate that picture? 😕

It's a priceless picture of me when i first got my MacBook so i would really like to retrieve it. 😀

Try Spotlight to find it. Look up "all images" or something and see if you can find it. I would imagine that it goes somewhere in the Pictures folder, though.

Hmmm.. nope. Didn't find it in the Pictures folder nor in spotlight...
 
My friend just got his MacBook and asked me the same thing and I couldn't find it. I know that any subsequent profile pics that you take end up in User>Library>Images>iChat Recent Pictures but I was never able to find the initial picture.
 
It's sent to Apple along with your reg details. They strip off the reg details and put the pictures up in the lobby to impress visitors.
 
well. i checked my Photo Booth folder, my iChat folder, and i find nothing.

Any more suggestions?
 
You could go to your account settings, and take a screenshot of it. Just press Command-Shift-4, and then select what you want to be saved. It will be saved on your desktop.
