I'm looking for a program to make a music video. Animation in the terms of really basic, stick-figurish, static, kinda, sketch looking things.

lol, oh, english language you fail me! hahahaha

any suggestions?

to further describe what i want to do -

i'm also considering actually drawing the animations and scanning them in. so REALLY BASIC.

I would say that is probably your best bet.

iStopmotion or Photoshop

photoshop has some neat animation controls worth looking into.

If you are scanning them in then you can use a video editing suite, either Final Cut or Adobe Premiere then just import them as frames to the timeline.
