I accidently incorporated all the languages on the start up disc when first having this computer, can anyone explain how I can get rid of them to give me more space ?

Do the same process you did, using the cd, but this time click: erase and install. Then just uncheck the languages you don't want

If you don't want to reinstall, then Monolingual is your friend. It should also work with Leopard. Be careful what you select to uninstall.
