psx4all question

I have installed psx4all and have downloaded the metal gear isos. It saves them as a .rar file. I winscped them to my ipod but, for some reason I can't get them to run. Does anybody have a video on how to put these files on my ipod and make them run? I'm kind of a dumbass when it comes to this kind of thing.

The .rar file is like a zip file... but better and more advanced. You could buy WinRAR, but i'd go for the free 7Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/).

Once installed, just right click the file>7-Zip>Extract Files.

Then put them back on the iPod as usual

do you know where exactly to put them? I used winrar and it turned them into a CCD, IMG, and SUB file. I winscped them over to the touch, in my psx roms folder but I still can't get anything to happen.
