how to resize pictures to fit ipod touch

How do I resize my personal pics to fit my ipod touch useing themebuilder?

they don't automatically resize when you sync to the ipod?

iTunes does it for you automatically when ever you sync over your pictures.

Itunes automagically does it for you. You just drag the photos to the ipod (in itunes) works on both pc and mac

The iPod touch does not work in disk mode, so there is no dragging. When the iPod is connected, there is a tab in iTunes for photos. Selecting the photos there will sync them to the iPod automatically. There is no need to manually change the size.

sorry I should have been more specific. I'm trying to put my personal pictures on the themebuilder app as a wallpaper. But, when I winscp them to themebuilder the pic is too big to use as a wallpaper. I need to resize them to 320x480 but I don't know how. Sorry for the confusion.
