Fusion, need more hdd space

When I set Fusion up I allocated 15gb for the virtual machine, I now realize I need more space. How do I change the allocated hdd size without reinstalling everything?

I tried following the directions in that thread, but the first tool used tells me I can't change the size of a disk that is part of a snapshot. Is there a way around this?
