Bug in the new Installer. Help please!

Hi! I've got an itouch and i updated the installer yesterday. I was able to use it and install a game (racing thunder). Everything was ok. Today, I wanted to download "Band", it downlaoded the package, then on "cleaning up" it crashed and I returned to springboard without having the app. I tried with other apps, but the same thing... I rebooted my itouch and still nothing.
Any Ideas?

when I SSH into my iTouch, the apps actually ARE there, but they are 0 bytes, so obviously they're empty...
I deleted the files (I couldn't using the "uninstall" in installer.app because the apps were not there).
I tried downloading again but still nothing... :mad::confused:

This is because you have no more space on your device

uninstall a few things, and then install this application
http://www.installerapps.com/2008/01/22/bosstool/

then 'relocate apps' to free up some disk space
