Force Empty Trash vs. Secure Empty Trash

Does anyone know of force emptying the trash deletes the data like secure empty does? Secure empty takes a long time but is effective. Force empty trash is fast but I'm not sure how effective. If someone knows please let me know. Thanks! :apple:
 
Force empty trash just forces the files to be removed but it doesn't do a secure erasure of them.
