Pirates Online: How do you raid other ships?

I am lvl 6 right now in pirates online but I want to know how to raid other people's ships instead of just blowing them up. If someone knows how to then please tell me.

First off the ship has to be able to board. Not all ships are.

If it is possible on the ship your attacking, if you hit it enough to disable it, it will tell you. Then man the guns or have your crew do it and there will be some points (circles last I tried) to shoot for the grappling cables. When enough of them are attached, the ships will come closer.

BE WARNED, there are more than 1 solder or so on the ship. If your alone at lvl 6 you'll be dead quick.
