Help on sound!!

whenever I press the sound controls it wont work and it is faded out and there is a circle with a cross through it. Help!!! It works when I have headphones, and sometimes a red light comes out of the headphone jack even when its not plugged in. When it isnt red, the sound still wont work.

as for the sound not working it probably a little driver bug. try rebooting.

I fixed the LED light now. But the sound wont work, and in sound preferences it says Digital Out instead of Internal Speakers.
