? for those with multiple ATVs

I haven't hooked it up yet but I know when you want to access shared libraries it wants you to type in the code on iTunes. Is this necessary for a 2nd one? Will it create any conflicts with the first ATV?

No problems here. I have two Apple TV's in the house. You just need to name them different things so to can tell which is which in iTunes.

I have different things synced to each. Kids shows downstairs, ours upstairs.
