OMGosh! I Accidently Erased All My iPod Songs! HELP???

i just went to turn my ipod onto "automatically sync" and chose one playlist from my library that i wanted to sync and for w/e reason it erased ALL MY SONGS. is there ANY way to get them back????

that's like 1100 songs lost!!!!

but i don't have all the songs on my computer that were on my ipod..

only about 200 of the 1300 that were on my ipod
