autocheck option no longer on email menu

The option to choose what interval to autocheck email is no longer on my iphone. Has anyone else had this happen?

Separately, before that option dissapeared, my iphone never auto-updated anyway. I always have to check manually, even if I have chosen an interval.

It's a hacked iphone on T-Mobile running 1.1.4 if it matters., and it's my Yahoo address.

oops- never mind, I'm an idiot.

I now realize that Yahoo email doesn't have the autocheck option because it's supposed to push (which mine doesn' t, but I see I'm not alone in that regard)

I used to have my gmail account set up as well, but deleted it since I rarely use it, and that's why I used to have the auto-check menu and don't now.
