iPod Problem syncing Shuffle

I just bought a new Shuffle to workout with, and for some reason it won't sync items that are stored on my NAS drive. Items that are on the local disk will sync without a problem.

Anyone seeing this?
 
Got it sorted. For some reason it won't sync using the 'Sync' command; works with 'Autofill'.
