Folder Sorting Help

Hello,

I'm using Leopard. I cannot seam to find a function that was available in Tiger. In Tiger, I could choose View, Show View Options, and from there I could have all the folders on the ENTIRE system sort by Name. Well in Leopard, there is not option to select for the entire system. How can I accomplish this??
