Month is Wrong

Month is not being updated when I have "Set date & time automatically". Even when I uncheck it, I can only update day and year (note that the format is dd/mm/yyyy). The calendar displays the correct date here, but the date above cannot be updated. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Click on "Open International..." Select the "formats" tab. On the right side it should say "Customize..." erm. not what you wanted, is it.

No, it's not the format, it's the fact that for some reason, the month is not being updated. It shows April always and does not allow me to update it even when it's not automatic.
