hey everyone, i tried looking for help on this a while ago but to no avail, maybe this time will be more successful.
my problem is that songs are mysteriously disppearing not just off of iTunes, but right off of my hard drive. randomly a song will just be completely out of my library, not just unavailable with the exlaimation mark logo next to it. What's puzzling is that they are completely gone from the hard drive, not just iTunes, and furthermore all the songs tend to be my favourite songs!
I'll go to play that one best song off of an album only to find there is no trace of it's existence on my computer.
I'm not sure if anyone can help with this problem, a friend of mine said he noticed that happen once in a blue moon on his Windows computer as well, and I am running OSX 10.4.11 on a MacBook.
any help, or even a nudge in a good direction is welcome. thanks everyone.
