This solitare, for example, works also offline.

I saved it as a bookmarklet and works fine.

To save it, open with your ipod this page: http://iwebsaver.com/
put the URL: http://www.itapgames.com/solitaire/

(or just click hier)

and follow the instructions...

have fun!

If anybody knows other webapps that also work offline as boormarklets, please post them!

I don't understand what you mean.

You don't need to hack your Ipod for saving an webapp as a bookmarklet.

You are just using the webapp offline. I don't see the difference with using it online...

I see no licensing problem with that...

You mean really installing?

If you jailbreak it, yes... But you (may) lose the warranty...
Thats why I didn't do it till now...

@sportsfrk214: the Bejeweled doesn't work with me. Which Bejeweled are you using? (Link?)

I've read every part of this entire conversation and can only say that it seems like everyone is speaking past you. Now, the question behind the question.

Are you refering to ROMs for NES?
Is your iPod Jailbroken?
Are you refering to web games that are stored in your cache even when you are offline?

A little more detail is going to help us answer this question for you :)

hi sorry for late reply,
what i mean is game that can install in the ipod touch.

As far as I know, the web game is play the game online, but I thinking is there any game that can be play direct in the iPod touch without any Internet connection?

Btw I didn't jailbreak the iPod touch ... YET.... Cox I still thinking is there a need for me to hack it since I don't know what is the any other third party apps or software can play around.

I more Interested on games apps install rather than play web online game type mode.
:D:cool:

Iwebserver should be ok. This is the same feature that
the free ebook site textonphone has. It allows you to
save a copy to your touch/iPhone for use off line, a.k.a
airplane mode. Textonphone is available on the Apple
web app page.
