Choose Between Video Cards?

Hello, I was recently considering getting the 3.06 24" iMac with the 8800 GS card. Would you recommend me getting the iMac or getting this other computer I want with a 8800GTS card?

What I am trying to ask is which is the better card?
 
The card in the iMac is an 8800m GTS. Apple doesn't want people thinking they use mobile parts in the iMac so they call it an 8800GS. Its probably a bit slower than a desktop GTS but not by much.
