OK, I am a total newb at scripting, and I was wondering if that is a way to fix my problem. I have the iBook G4 in my sig, and use iScroll2. (v. 0.32) However, no matter what I do, every time I turn on the computer, the settings for it are wiped. So every time that I turn on the computer, I have to go into System Prefences and turn on the settings again. I have tried erasing the preference files for iScroll2, erasing and reinstalling iScroll2, and even have recently Erase & Installed (not just for this), and nothing I do makes it work. Is there a way that I could write a script and put it on my desktop that when ran would set the preferences for me?

The things I want is for both Vertical and Horizontal scrolling to be enabled at the slowest setting (man, this thing goes WAY too fast) and have the option to do a 2-finger on the trackpad "Secondary Click"
