Is this true or am I losin' it? Also, do you serious gamers feel comfortable "Pc'ing" your Macs? Is Bootcamp, Paralells, etc. safe?

My general comments are in your other thread here (http://forums.macrumors.com/showpost.php?p=5440903&postcount=7), but no, you aren't stuck gaming at 800x600 on Mac :) Especially not on your new iMac! Some may choose to run that low to bleed extra speed out of games that run poorly on a lower-spec machine, but it's not the norm.
I usually game (widescreen) at 1280x800 or 1600x1000 on my iMac Core 2 Duo 2.33 with nVidia 7600GT. idTech 4 games look great!
(Some games that don't happen to list the resolution you want can be modified by editing a text file.)

Did I make a HUGE mistake by not getting the NVIDA card upgrade?I hate to say this but you did. I suggest that every iMac buyer get he 8800M GTS upgrade regardless of what they're going to do.

I just bought it a couple of days ago...will they let me upgrade it?It's a build to order option. You can only get it when ordering a new iMac. IM me before this thread turns into an IM.
