My iPod has music and video but doesn't see it

I recently used EphPod to put some music onto my iPod and now for some reason, my iPod can't see any of the music or videos that I previously put on there. When I plug my iPod into my computer, iTunes can't read it. Any help?

I would delete the app and if that doesn't work try restoring your ipod
