My 3g ipod with the latest software updates has two problems.
First, the battery indicator is totally off. While the battery does last a good 7 hours, the indicator seems to be slow.
Next, the ipod runs the restarting apple screen if i turn it on after not using it for 24 hours. It seems as if it is resetting every time i turn it on.
