Detect wireless channels?

First Post. Wooot !

I'm looking for a program that will show me what channels the various wireless networks in my area are on. I live in a townhouse complex and I want to setup my wireless network on channels as far away from the neighbors as possible. Any ideas on a free program that could do this?

I've got a MacBook running Leopard.
