Apparently, it's some top-secret info to find out how large the hard drive is in my Dish HD box. I know I get 55 hours of HD content or 300 hours regular. Dish wouldn't even tell me how big it was. So I was thinking of using the USB port and attaching a hard drive to store recorded movies and the like. But I'm not sure how large I need the hard drive.
Has anyone done that with Dish yet? How much HD content will fit on, say, a 500GB hard drive?
