New MBP screen motion not as fluid as my early 2006 Intel iMac

So as the title says, I got the top of the line Penryn MBP, screen is nice when there is no movement, but with motion, like when I minimize and the genie effect happens, it's not as fluid as my old iMac, it's like it's pixelating a bit or stuttering.
