Move Outlook contact and calender/schedule info to Mac?

About to make the big change. How do I get my large number of Outlook contact's along with calender/schedule info into the Mac?

I do have and use an iPhone (and Nano, iPod) so could it be synced and pass all the info to the Mac?
 
I just made the big move myself, and had pretty good luck moving my Outlook mail, contacts and calendar to Entourage on an iMac with O2M (http://www.littlemachines.com/). Takes a few steps, but worked OK following the instructions from the company. Reportedly even easier if you are going to iMail or iCal.
