new ipod touch problem?

when i connected my ipod touch to my ihome it made a weird noise also when iconnected to the computer it also did that same noise is this normal or a problem??

Describe what you mean by a "weird noise".

not like a beeping noise like a buzz sortaa

I'd say it's normal because it only makes the noise when you plug it into something. My iPod touch makes a noise when I plug it into something to. The noise is probably just to signify that it's now plugged into a power source.

If it's a constant buzz then it probably isn't normal.

To be honest, I've been hearing a buzz at my computer and it always sounded like my cell-phone was on vibe, but maybe at one-third to one-half as loud. It COULD have been the Touch.

I'll test this out tomorrow and re-post in this thread.
