I just wondered if the iPod touch can use internet everywhere?

I remember watching steve jobs talking about it picking up clusters, so you didnt need to be anywhere near a wifi area, is that right?:confused:

With an ipod touch you have to be near a wifi connection

Anywhere with a cell phone signal. If there's no WiFi is uses the phone network...

On a 3G phone network it'll be able to transfer data faster than an existing iPhone can on the phone networks.

There may be other, not-3G improvements too, but we won't know till it's announced...
