Is there any way to permanently remove/delete ignored updates? I dont want any replies like: "Why do u want to remove them if they are being ignored?", i just wanna know if theres any way to do it

Okay: Why are you ignoring them? There is no bad update in OS X.

mhm a friend was using garageband (never wanted to use that anyway) so he tried to download some instrunment plugin which added itself to the software updates downloads... its 1gb file junk for me so i dont want it... ofc i install any other updates

Wha...? Like a Jam Pack? Yeah, if you don't use GarageBand I can see that being an annoyance...

Making them inactive should automatically make them disappear. Didn't it?

yes but its annoying to have them there all the time..... they are ignored, but theyre still there and i hate that :S

EDIT: i mean they arent there by the time i ignored them, but i always get the "reset ignored updates" message, which is annoying
