How to manualy set time zones in Time & Date?

hello does any one now how to manualy set time zones in Time & Date prefs? i live in Lithuania

Assuming your using Mac OS X, go to the Date & Time Preferences, then click the lock to authenticate as a administrator user, then go to the Time Zone tab & select your time zone

im using leopard... and in time zone there is not Lithuania, but my freand hass told me that you cant set it namualy GMT +2 but dont remember the comand

Greetings, Mariux.mac...

As it appears that Finland and Lithuania are in the same time zone... no matter how galling it may be to do so... setting your clock to Helsinki should do the trick...
