Airport and wireless printing help

I have had on again off again problems using the usb port on my airport extreme base station. Works for a while and then it seems without notice or reason it stops, printer works fine when hooked dierctly to my powerbook, but the printer has a different name in the print manager, ie epson stylus vs just stylus.

Curious if anyone out there has had this problem or can offer and possible suggestions
