I've got a Dell E248WFP display that I'd like to trade for either a 20" ACD (because I need more desk space) or an older Apple laptop, like.... a really nice iBook G3, an iBook G4, Pismo, or TiBook.
Haven't actually made a deal here before, but I've got positive feedback on the Thinkpads.com forums.
Here's a picture of it. It's not really one designed to show the display off, but here it is anyway....
Oh, BTW, I have the original box, packing materials, cords, and the little CD that comes with it.
Thanks!

I could trade you my 14" g3 maxxed out with 2 great batteries. I bought it here:
http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=430234&highlight=ibook+g3
As you can see: I payed 200 for it (great deal). I will throw in an extra really good battery (Not brand new but 2+ hours). It has sat on my work bench in the garage and booted a few times since I got it.
I planned on parting out the goods. Sell the battery, airport, ram, and put a 256 stick in the ibook and selling it. But I still haven't gotten around to it.
The pics didn't lie either. This ibook is cherry!
Interested?

I may have a Blueberry iBook, iBook G3 in white or iBook G4 available. PM me if you're interested and I'll see what I can do.

The deal fell through because he is 14, and has no money for shipping. i was willing to help him out, as long as it was cool with his parents.

I really don't want to cause a flame war or anything. However, I just wanted to point out that the deal didn't fall through because I'm 14. I actually know what I'm doing, at least in the local market. I've sold 30 or 40 computers on Craigslist, and not a single one of them has ended badly. It fell through because I didn't want to make anybody mad after I realized I didn't have shipping money. I just figured that holding off for the time being would be best, as owing money really sucks.
Oh, and to anyone wondering why I wrote "still available", it's for two reasons.
a) I just mowed the lawn and now have more money!
b) It's not a lie, I still have it.
Be careful.
It's not like I intended to scam anyone or anything like that.
So, guys, hold off if you really want to, but I'm not in this business (I'm not really in the business at all!) to cheat people, or lie to them. It's a simple exchange of stuff I don't need/want for stuff I do.
Again, with the shipping, I just felt that it was the best thing to do.
My apologies for seeming like a fool. :)
