Okay, has any one idea about WFTC? How does WFTC work? Im a single mother and full time mature student. Im currently getting student loan, Childs learning allowance and housing benefit. I cant get a student grant because I was over paid in my 1st yr and they deduct it from the grant element. I want to boost this money by taking a part time job. I will then qualify for WFTC; will the amount I earn be deducted from my student loan?

I'm not 100% on how it works for mature students, but part of the student loan is based on income. This might be affected if you are working, but like I said, I am not 100% sure.
