Looks nice! Some points:

• I would take out some effects (like slowmotion, old film look, time travel, TV burn in), because afaik they're not that special. So basically make it shorter with the best effects only.

• Sometimes I didn't really notice the effect, especially the "Film Look" effects. Perhaps use 'before and after' shots, or a 'split-screen'.

• Why does it say "training" ?
