I bulked up my iTunes video library to about 149gb for TV and 100gb for film, and now Front Row has developed some kind of problem. When I stop scrolling through either any of the lists (TV, film or music) it jumps back to a previous selection automatically. It makes selecting items near impossible. The initial menu works fine too. I haven't installed any mods or extra codecs into iTunes or Quicktime (if that makes a difference).

Is there any way to fix this?

I'm not really sure how to fix your problem, but have you tried reinstalling iTunes and Quicktime? And maybe if that doesn't work, try reinstalling Leopard. Like I said, I am just guessing because I have not had this problem, but I know how much it stinks to have something left unsolved.
