I just receaved the unit, its the latest 2.5ghz model with the 250gb and 2gb ram. It also has the 3 year applecare protection plan. I would only be willing to do a local (prefferably we meet at the bank) cash sale, what can you guys offer me?

15 or 17"? Also, you could just take it to an Apple store and they'll give you a full refund as long as it's sealed as you said.

17" I apprechiate the idea of returning it to the apple store, but I got this as a gift so that is not an option (I get these as a gift from my company every model cycle, look at my preveous listings, I have sold at least 15 macbook pro's over the years).

No offense dude, but that same Macbook Pro is $2500 brand-new on Apple.

Where do you see $2,500 for a 17" Macbook Pro New from Apple?

The first 17" I see is $2,799.

Thanks, but the apple store in AMERICA is $2799 + $349 warranty = $3148

The net discount I am offering at $2600 is $548! That's significant.

If the machine doesn't sell within the next few days I will just keep it and sell an older generation machine.

The only other one I would consider selling at the moment is a Dell XPS 1530 laptop, its a core duo 2 with a dvd burner, built in video camera and a ton of upgrades, if you are interested I will get you the exact specs.

Would you be willing to sell the applecare warranty seperately? HAve you already registered it for that computer? I'm looking to purchase applecare soon.
