Changing Font with Leopard.

I am relatively new to the Mac world, and I was just wondering how can I change the font? because it's annoying to me.
 
Which font? You mean the system font (menu bars, window titles etc)? If so there is no supported way to change this.
 
Yes. I want to change that font. on all the menu bars and all the headings and everything.

There is no supported way, so what is the unsupported way?
 
Let me rephrase that: There is no good/working/safe way. Don't do it. If you try, don't come here and complain about having ruined your GUI.

Unlike with Windows, where you can help it along, but never make it look cool (grin).

Just kidding. Good luck with the new Mac. You might need to switch mental gears when you switch your OS, so be patient. I work with both Windows and Mac daily, which used to be occasionally confusing (different keyboard shortcuts for example) but eventually it all sinks in.
