MSN Messenger Sign In Problems

Hey guys,

Is anyone having problems signing into MSN Messenger on their MBA?

I keep getting this error, 'service is not available or you may not be connected to the internet'

I have checked all settings and everything seems ok.

Some advice would be great?

MSN has been having lots of problems lately (had to use it for work). Completely crap. You probably want to switch to google chat, AIM, etc.

Have you tried aMsn? your best bet is probably to try with that first rather than switching to a whole different messenger. www.amsn-project.net/ :)

try Adium instead of msn. It's does the same thing (will work with any account like your hotmail or whatever) and works just like msn but with less issues :) And it has a funny duck waving at you when you get a message ...

I just updated my securitydownloads from apples softwareupdate inkl the updated version of safari and all of the sudden msn messenger works again!!
Wierd but true!
Try that maybe?
